From the beginning of the consultation, she demonstrated great attention, empathy, professionalism and care in every detail. It was a differentiated and extremely positive experience. She listens calmly, without interrupting, pays attention to everything we say and makes a point of understanding each detail of the situation. I found admirable the thorough and careful way she conducts the consultation, taking notes on everything and investigating each point with dedication. At no moment did I feel rushed or receive mechanical service, on the contrary, I felt truly welcomed, heard and valued. As a mother of the patients, this makes all the difference. Nowadays it is very rare to find such a human, detail-oriented and committed professional. You can clearly see how much she loves what she does and how much she genuinely cares about the patients' well-being. The consultation was complete, peaceful, enlightening and conveyed a lot of security and confidence. I left the consultation very satisfied and grateful for the care my children will receive.
