I really enjoyed my consultation experience with Dr. Paulo. From the first contact to schedule the appointment, there was a lot of courtesy and attention, punctual service, a pleasant office, and the doctor was very attentive.

I had three hernia surgeries with Dr. Helena. Two inguinal and one umbilical. The procedure was a success. In addition to the technique being positive during the procedure, Dr. Helena's team was very attentive and competent in scheduling the surgery and handling all the procedures with the health plan. I am grateful and I recommend it.

Review: (1 star) On 10/30/2025 at 5:50 PM, I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Paulo Engler Pinto Jr. at the address Rua Caçapava, 49, booked through the Doctoralia app. Upon arriving at the location, the building's doorman informed me that the doctor was not seeing patients that day and gave me the secretary's phone number. When I called, she apologized and said that due to an error in the app (or the clinic itself), the doctor would not be seeing patients that day. The most serious issue is that no prior notice was given — no phone call, no message, no WhatsApp — which demonstrates a complete lack of respect and consideration for the patient's time. I wasted time, money, and patience because of an avoidable error and an unacceptable communication failure. The disorganization and negligence toward the patient is lamentable.

The appointment did not happen, it was scheduled for 4:40 PM. At 4:34 I tried to access the link I received by email. But it had already expired. I contacted reception, but they asked me to wait. And they never got back to me.
