Phone/Fax: (11) 3251-5969 / (11) 3253-4190. Since July 2017, also in São Bernardo do Campo, near Hospital Assunção, at Rua Frei Gaspar, 941, Room 202 of Building SP 150 Trade, Vila Santa Rita de Cassia (near exit 22 of Anchieta Highway). And since October 21st, 2019, we have also been serving in Morumbi, at Rua dos Três Irmãos, 62, Room 1002, Vila Progredior, across from Hospital Leforte Morumbi (near Avenida Francisco Mourato and Morumbi Metro Station).
