I want to make it clear that my problem was not with the professional, but with the clinic's WhatsApp service, which unfortunately was not very flexible and welcoming. Furthermore, they had previously made a mistake with my appointment, which required rescheduling the consultation, and I was understanding at the time. On the day of the procedure, I left home in advance, but the Marginal was completely stopped due to a serious accident, widely reported, involving a car that fell into the river. I gave advance notice that I could be late and the delay was about 20 minutes. I requested the possibility of rescheduling the procedure, but my message was only viewed and I received no response. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, but I felt a lack of more empathy and communication from the service, which was terrible.

Every week I needed to go to the emergency room with a locked spine; it was suffering. But I told Dr. Catarina my entire story and she promptly said she would help me, and she did. She suggested the spinal cord neurostimulator, which was my salvation. She performed the implant, and today I have quality of life thanks to Dr. Catarina's generosity.
