My experience was bad and marked by a lack of professionalism and disregard for the patient. On the first appointment, everything went well, with friendliness and efficiency. However, in the following appointments, I faced a series of problems. On one occasion, I traveled to the clinic to take an exam and was only informed upon arrival that the doctor would not be seeing patients that day — without any prior warning. Then, when I returned to get the results for an online consultation, I waited over 30 minutes and had to contact them to find out what was happening. It was then that I was informed that the doctor hadn't even shown up, as she had been feeling unwell since the night before — again, without any warning. Unforeseen circumstances happen, but the lack of communication in more than one situation demonstrates disorganization and disrespect for the patient's time. The feeling that remains is one of neglect after the first appointment. I do not recommend it.
