I had an online consultation and, from the beginning, the doctor did not introduce herself and also did not say goodbye at the end. During the consultation, she was unable to access the exams I had already sent through the platform. I tried resending, attaching again, showing my screen, dictating the results and even sending by email, but she did not accept any alternative. There was also practically no clinical conversation: she did not ask how my previous experience was, if I had side effects or if I was well. When I asked for the Mounjaro prescription, since she was unable to see the exams, she simply ended the call without responding, without explaining and without saying goodbye. Nevertheless, a prescription was issued with a higher dose, without any guidance or proper evaluation. I found the service very poor and disrespectful, mainly due to the lack of communication and the way everything was conducted.
