Dear Sir/Madam, My mother had a private consultation with Dr. Sandra Mara due to some worrying symptoms. During the appointment, the doctor requested urgent tests and instructed that, after they were completed, the results should be sent so she could evaluate them and prescribe the appropriate medication. However, 7 days have passed since the tests were sent, as instructed, and we have not yet received any feedback. The secretary informed us that the tests are being analyzed, but the symptoms persist, which makes the situation even more worrying. I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the lack of response, especially considering the urgency highlighted by the doctor herself during the consultation. We expected more attention and speed in following up on the case. I await a response as soon as possible.

Worst service ever. The receptionists' disregard for the patient is something I've never witnessed anywhere. The doctor is great, but the clinic is awful. I sent an email complaining that since my first appointment, due to a receptionist's mistake, I haven't been able to get through to the consultation. I even cried in front of the receptionists because I work, I live far from the consultation location, and I have a health condition that I've been seeking proper treatment for a long time, and when you finally find a doctor who was recommended to you, this happens. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day at 2 pm with an online consultation. Important detail: With a different doctor, because the one I wanted only saw patients on Thursdays at the clinic. At the agreed time, I sent a message to the clinic saying that I hadn't received the consultation link, and only then did they inform me that the doctor was running late and that it would take a little longer to see me. In other words, again, disregard for not informing the patient beforehand. After the consultation with the doctor, who was WONDERFUL, I waited for the prescription and referrals she had mentioned during the consultation. I didn't receive them. When I asked the clinic, they sent me referrals for an IUD and a hormonal implant, which had nothing to do with what the doctor had prescribed during the consultation. When I complained, they said the doctor had left and that they could only send them the next day. I received the prescriptions the next day, but without the referral that the doctor had also given me. When I went to schedule the appointment with the specialist the doctor recommended, I saw that I hadn't received the referral. I contacted the Ela clinic again, and they sent me a photo of a referral. I am a patient, I don't know what documents are accepted by other clinics or not, so I thought just the photo would solve it. However, when I arrived for the appointment, the place informed me that they could not accept that photo because it was not a valid document. So far, so good. I contacted them by phone at 1:24 PM and was answered again by Maria, the same receptionist who didn't schedule my appointment on the first day. I informed her of what had happened and she said she was already getting the correct document. At 1:27 PM I received a message saying that they couldn't send the document because there was no doctor at the clinic to request it. In other words, I had to leave the place I was at, and I missed my appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM. When I questioned the clinic, they started treating me as if I was wrong or as if the clinic I had just left was wrong. They started arguing that the photo they sent was valid and that I should know that. An absurd lack of respect! Finally, at 1:49 PM they sent me the correct referral. After all this, I sent an email reporting what happened, and the clinic's response blamed the Health Plan, stating that due to what happened to me, they were no longer affiliated with that plan. They even rescheduled my appointment at no cost, as if that were something they shouldn't have already done to fix a mistake they made, not me...because I was at the clinic half an hour early on the day of my appointment! People! This is absurd. A lack of taking responsibility for mistakes, training staff, and treating patients with humanity. If there isn't decent management, even with the patient complaining, I'm sorry. When a patient complains, it's nothing personal. I understand that the receptionist is new to the company and is learning, but there's something called respect and good management. At the very least, they should have attended to and resolved the patient's problem, who already has a health issue, and not caused further distress. Notice the clinic's responses here in the negative reviews, always placing the responsibility for their mistakes on others. In one instance, they even brought up a personal matter. Very unethical. I read all the negative reviews and they all repeated the same sentiment. Don't schedule an appointment at this clinic. Avoid the stress I experienced.

I've been a client of the clinic for several years, and I've always been treated very well by the entire team, from receptionists and gynecologists to the medical clinic and nurses. The clinic is extremely responsible for patient safety, and the excellent service is a plus. I've been seeing Dr. Cris for several years; she does extraordinary work, and I ended up taking my father to see her. Nowadays, my father always wants to go to an appointment if it's with Dr. Cris. She's been accompanying my family since 2019. Besides being extremely professional, the clinic has impeccable management, always collaborating with the patient without the deceptions we see in corner clinics. Absolutely best clinic in SP. I recently moved here from the US and needed to see a doctor. My husband found this clinic and it is the best! The clinic is all women, very clean, and fast. The staff, owner, and doctors are wonderful and some of them speak English. The prices are also affordable. This will be my clinic for as long as I am here and when I travel back for visits. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I went to the clinic for my first routine check-up and I liked the experience. The service was very attentive (online and in person), they sent appointment reminders and asked for confirmation 2 days in advance: very organized. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am, and it was on time. Dr. Ana saw me for over 20 minutes, examined my body, wrote the prescription and gave me instructions on everything. The place is also very organized, clean, beautiful and they even have coffee :). Thank you for the service, team!
