After 13 sessions, I can fairly evaluate the service, but I'll have to separate the physiotherapy team from the reception staff, which leads to an average rating of 3/5. Reception (POOR): 1) I had to wait ten minutes to be seen while the woman at one of the counters chatted about personal matters. It would have been fine if it weren't the last appointment; they could have just let me go and continued being happy. 2) When I needed a time certificate, I was informed that they don't send it via WhatsApp for data security reasons. I argued that I would request it with a gov.br password, which complies with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), but they don't do it (????). 3) I asked via WhatsApp until what time I could arrive, even though they were online, and they didn't respond. I arrived ten minutes late and they couldn't attend to me anymore. I know I have to arrive earlier, but when discussing the issues reported with the person who "manages" reception, they literally shrugged, limiting themselves to saying "I didn't know" or "I didn't see," which explains a lot. I see there are other similar complaints. Physiotherapy team: (10/10) Skilled professionals, attentive to the people in the room, not making them wait for the next exercise, they are friendly but focused on what needs to be done, encouraging you to "try a little more" within your capabilities. The space has various materials for exercises and treatment with electrical stimulation and infrared. The best way to measure efficiency is the progress of the condition, which can be seen and felt. In short: Physio: ten, just go! Reception: if you limit yourself to extending your arm and handing over your ID with a photo, you'll get the bare minimum. If you go a little further with life's unforeseen circumstances, you know what to do.

Horrible clinic. I booked an appointment through my health insurance with a specific time and date, but when I arrived they told me that when you book through the Rede D'Or hospital, the doctor would fit me in, even though there were 3 people ahead of me and I would have to wait. Now, why do they have a website with appointment times and dates?????? This was never mentioned anywhere... lack of empathy and lack of common sense...
