The clinic has a great atmosphere, and the staff are kind and polite. Regarding Dr. Walter (the cardiologist), I have a few points to highlight: he's very attentive, competent, has a good sense of humor, and is very respectful. It's not the kind of 5-minute consultation where the doctor doesn't even look at you and you leave feeling frustrated. I noticed that this doctor looks at his patients in a human way. He discontinued a medication that another professional had prescribed because I was actually getting sick, not getting treatment. Today I feel much better. In times when medical professionals give you stacks of prescriptions for drugs, Dr. Walter prescribes only when necessary. I really liked the service and I recommend it.

I received a prescription for a medication, and due to the doctor's negligence in not asking if I was taking any other, WOW, I almost "died," I became very ill and was rushed to the hospital... in short, total lack of responsibility. Furthermore, he goes far beyond dialogue, entering into topics that are not his concern. In short, he promotes excessive intimacy when he should be exclusively professional. His excessive good humor delves into private matters, I reiterate, private matters... Because of this, after seeing this behavior so many times, my wife and I stopped going there. Today, we are very well attended to in a highly professional manner and without any intimacy by another doctor who focuses only on his work instead of making inappropriate jokes and smiles.

I've been seeing Dr. Vitor (gynecologist) for quite some time now, and I had the opportunity to visit the Rello clinic. The service was incredible, from reception to the consultation. Excellent facilities and care.

On May 14, 2025, I had an appointment with Dr. Walter, who asked me to have some tests done. However, I couldn't get the tests done quickly because of the available dates at the labs, and it was delayed. The Ergometric Test showed an abnormality, and I would like to schedule a follow-up appointment to bring the test results. However, the receptionist informed me that it wouldn't be possible to schedule the follow-up appointment since a month has already passed since the consultation. I paid privately for the consultation, and my follow-up appointment is my right. I really like Walter, and my family has been seeing him for years. But clearly, the administration only thinks about money and not about patient loyalty or even being concerned about their health. It's a shame, an excellent professional working for mercenaries.
