Wonderful! Scheduling an appointment is simple and quick! The receptionist is always helpful and friendly! The medical care is marvelous! Dr. Fernando is extremely attentive and careful; I had surgery on my left rotator cuff with him and have been a patient for years. Both the consultation and surgical care are impeccable! I extend the same praise to Dr. José Henrique, an excellent professional who performed my cervical surgery and has also been treating me at the clinic for years! I feel extremely well cared for by these professionals! And I am a very demanding person, so I recommend this clinic wholeheartedly!! Extremely frustrating service. I paid R$ 500 and received no medical feedback, even after sending all the requested exams and contacting them several times. The clinic responds, but doesn't resolve the issue: there's no deadline, no response from the doctor, and the responsibility is always passed on to the patient to "call back later" or "resend." Result: I lost money, time, and had to find another professional. Lack of organization and respect for the patient. I do not recommend them.

I would like to formally report the terrible service I just received from the Clinic, unfortunately this is not the first time. My son has been a patient for a long time. I simply asked them to request that the doctor resend me the request for an exam for which I had lost the paper (paper request) so we could return for a consultation. The response was that it was not possible, as more than 30 days had passed. I understand and respect protocols, but where is the understanding and empathy and the understanding that it was the doctor himself who requested it, that is, going to the consultation without the exam will not solve anything. It's a shame to be treated this way.

I requested a hyaluronic acid injection to treat ankle pain through this clinic, covered by my Bradesco Saúde health insurance. From the beginning, there was excessive delay in the process and a lack of clear information regarding authorization. The service provided was unsatisfactory, without the necessary attention or support for the patient. After filing a public complaint, I was informed of an alleged change in the internal code of the procedure—information that should have been communicated from the start. Given the lack of transparency and poor service, I chose not to proceed with the procedure at this clinic. I leave this account as a warning to future patients.

I contacted them on August 28th to schedule an appointment, requesting specific times. I had already seen a doctor and wanted to see the same one. The receptionist, Thayná, scheduled the appointment but didn't provide the doctor's name or any feedback. I sent a message and received no response. Today, I sent another message requesting the doctor's name, and with great difficulty, she provided it. After finalizing the process, I was informed that my health insurance would no longer be accepted from that date onwards. How is this not mentioned before scheduling? Why can't the appointment be made with the professional you've already seen? What terrible service, poor quality, rushed, and without clear information. Then I asked for the responsible person's phone number and name to report what happened, but she didn't respond, only saying that someone would contact me after 1 PM. Unfortunately, there's a lack of good and respectful professionals!
