I contacted them on WhatsApp and when I mentioned it was through my health insurance, the service changed completely. When I asked about prices for some procedures like peels, which I'm used to having done, they simply wouldn't give me prices, making it difficult to push me to schedule a consultation sooner. Regardless of what the doctor prescribes, I have the right to know the price of the procedure beforehand to get an idea of ​​what it costs compared to other clinics, and they absolutely refuse to tell me!!!! You are terrible!!! Are the prices of the procedures a secret???? Run away!!!!

Disappointing Experience at Dermacentro I was seen at Dermacentro on October 17th and my experience was extremely frustrating from the very first contact. Communication via WhatsApp to schedule the appointment was already very slow in terms of responses. The day before the appointment, I was informed that the doctor could not see me, without any explanation as to why—they only suggested rescheduling for another day. Since I had already arranged to be absent from work, I asked if there was another doctor available, and they managed to fit me in at another time on the same day. However, the in-person appointment was even worse. The new doctor, who already had access to my medical history, informed me that it would be necessary to perform a scalp infiltration, just like in previous appointments. At reception, however, the receptionist tried in every way to avoid the procedure. First, she claimed the system was down; then, she said the insurance company would take five days to authorize it, which makes no sense, since in other cases the authorization was immediate. There was a lack of organization, empathy, and professionalism. I left the clinic without receiving the care I needed and with a feeling of complete disregard for the patient.

This is my second unpleasant experience with the clinic. I went there today and again the lack of empathy was evident. I have a viral wart and the doctor, Júlia, offered to perform the procedure, explaining that it was viral and contagious. She instructed me to go to reception, where the receptionist read the information and informed me that it required authorization from my health insurance. I questioned whether they were certain about proceeding because it was viral and contagious, and they confirmed that they were. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, and shortly after, around 10:20 AM, they called me asking if I could return because the procedure had been authorized. In the meantime, I contacted my health insurance company, and in this case, prior authorization was not necessary. I hope the staff receive better training and provide accurate information, as they are dealing with health issues. Now I can only have the procedure done on January 7th, 2025. Lamentable.
