I can't comment on the doctors, as I didn't get to meet any of them. As for the receptionist, Kátia, she greeted me with a sour face and her head down, even after I said good morning and gave her name, she didn't look me in the face. She rudely questioned me about the doctor's order, and I said I didn't have one. That's when she very rudely started arguing with me about the mandatory nature of the order. She asked if I booked the appointment through Doctoralia, and I said yes, and she said the website doesn't provide that kind of information, but I should know that every exam requires a doctor's order if it's done through my health insurance. First: the clinic is responsible for providing me with information, and second: there are ways and ways to give information; treating a patient as if they're doing a favor, with a sour face and rudeness, is the last straw for me. Not to mention that the whole scene takes place in the waiting room with other patients, which is even more uncomfortable. My experience was terrible. I don't recommend it and wouldn't return, just as I gave up on the service because I'm not obligated to pay to be mistreated.

Dr. Conceição is an excellent professional, kind, very attentive and detail-oriented! Her consultations are very informative and she makes a point of clarifying all doubts!! The office is well located and cozy, and the receptionist is lovely!!

The best doctor I see in São Paulo! Dr. Stefano is extremely attentive and kind, explaining everything very clearly; I highly recommend him and have already become a patient, as have other members of my family. I also had a bioimpedance analysis done with Dr. Conceição at the same office, another extremely satisfactory experience, both in terms of service and the results. Thank you very much for your care.

The clinic is very cozy, the receptionist is super attentive, the place smells nice and is welcoming. It transmits a sense of calm. The doctor gives full attention, without rushing to finish the consultation. They investigate the causes of the complaint, giving the patient a feeling of being in good hands. I really liked it and I recommend it.
