About Equilibrium - Saúde Mental & Física
Founded by Dr. Pedro Luiz Rosa (CRM/SP 189.316) on July 22, 2020, Equilibrium was born with the purpose of offering personalized, humanized, and welcoming care for all ages – from 3 to 100 years old (or more, why not?). Founded by Dr. Pedro Luiz Rosa (CRM/SP 189.316) on July 22, 2020, Equilibrium was born with the purpose of offering personalized, humanized, and welcoming care for all ages – from 3 to 100 years old (or more, why not?). Here, we believe that each person is unique and deserves care that respects their individual characteristics. In August 2023, we moved from Jardim São Bento to Jardim França, expanding our services with an even larger space and additional specialties. Our space was designed to break away from the formality and cold atmosphere of traditional medical offices. Located in a peaceful, tree-lined area with 24-hour security, we've created an environment that feels more like a home, with offices decorated in a relaxed style and each one named in tribute to great artists, such as Paulo Gustavo, Elis Regina, and Rita Lee. Additionally, we use alternative resources like chromotherapy, aromatherapy, Reiki, aquariums, and flower essences to ensure a complete experience of care and well-being. General Psychiatry: Men's, Women's, and Elderly Health, ASD/ADHD (children and adults), as well as special consultations for Brazilians living abroad. Complementary therapies: Reiki, flower essences, hypnosis, and other integrative approaches. Neuropsychology/Neuropsychopedagogy: Neuropsychological and psychopedagogical assessments, including learning disorders and high abilities. Psychoanalysis and ABA/CBT Therapies: Personalized approaches for each need. Neurofeedback: An innovative resource for addressing neurological issues in a non-invasive way. Specialized care for the LGBTQIA+ community: Respect, welcoming, and support in a safe space. Location: We are in the North Zone of São Paulo, in easily accessible locations, near Parada Inglesa metro station and Água Fria and Nova Cantareira avenues (Jardim França). I have been seeing Dr. Flávia for over 2 years and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional, wonderful professional. She demonstrates empathy, attention, and sensitivity, creating a safe and comfortable environment. She makes us stop and analyze how important it is to seek self-knowledge. I haven't scheduled an appointment with them yet, but I already loved the service. Simple and objective. They answered all my questions without beating around the bush, straight to the point and politely. And YES, in this first contact, someone assisted me via WhatsApp. When I schedule the appointment, I'll come back to say how it went, but I felt obligated to leave this comment because I had a good first experience with their service, among all the calls I've made.

I really enjoyed my consultation with Dr. Fernanda Mendes, the nutritionist. Besides being friendly, she knows how to motivate patients, because dieting is never easy. I saw results after the second consultation.

The communication with Equilibrium Mental and Physical Health was TERRIBLE, through the channel they offered (questions and answers via WhatsApp - without a human operator, just a computer) which does not meet the needs of clients. Today, I simply needed to reschedule a physiotherapy session because I am being medicated at an emergency care unit, and I couldn't postpone the session, not even through the phone numbers listed on Google. In other words, Equilibrium uses a HORRIBLE, INOPERABLE, BACKWARD system. 🥹 🥵

Dr. Pedro used to do a good job when he worked at his home clinic, but there were several prescription errors, with wrong medications and delays. Now with the clinic, he confuses the relationship of a certain friendship with the professional, putting feeling ahead of reason, the errors and delays in prescriptions have doubled, and the number of rescheduled appointments has doubled, mainly always at the last minute. Unfortunately, I no longer recommend this professional. See on the Doctoralia app how he responds to bad reviews, exposing the patient's case, see and you will see that it is better to look for a real doctor, I think the doctor needs a good psychiatrist. I am still analyzing the complaint at CRMSP. Going to the police station is one thing, being arrested is another. Edit: see by the doctor's posture how he is when confronted with the truth, and the exposure he gives to patients, which should be private. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

They quoted a price of 300 reais for the consultation, and after collecting all my personal information, they increased the price to 450, saying that the 300 reais price was for a quick consultation.
