I made an appointment for 04/15 at 5:30 PM, when I arrived the office was closed, I tried to contact them and nothing. I was able to contact the doctor on Instagram where she didn't even know about my appointment and rescheduled me for the next day saying that on that day she didn't do in-person consultations (but in the app it showed in-person with several available times) well, she rescheduled me for today 04/16 at 2:30 PM and exactly at 12:20 PM she calls me asking if I can go at another time because she has a patient to see at 2:30 PM???? Since I was scheduled at 2:30 PM how is she going to see another person at the time she booked for me??? Since I should be priority considering I went to the place the day before, spent money on Uber and was not seen due to her scheduling error. I do not recommend!
