I arrived at the consultation location and the security guard wouldn't let me speak with the receptionists. He simply made me walk to another clinic that had nothing to do with it, where there was nothing relevant. I missed my appointment and my problem remained unsolved. [Edited Doctoralia] Apart from that, I believe the experience would have been very good.

I arrived at the consultation location and the security guard did not let me speak with the receptionists. He simply made me walk to another clinic that had nothing to do with it, where there was nothing relevant. I missed my appointment and was left without solving my problem.
