Total disappointment! During the consultation, I was instructed to send the test results for the doctor's evaluation. I sent them on March 18th and haven't received a response yet. I've spoken to reception three times and SIMPLY NO ONE can get up and speak to the doctor. I do not recommend them!

I saw Dr. Ivo and Dr. Fabio privately; both were very attentive and professional. They recommended surgery, but I didn't have health insurance at the time. Now that I've recovered my insurance (Sulamérica), I tried to schedule an appointment to arrange my surgery through the plan, and the receptionist simply said, "No one here accepts Sulamérica." I tried to talk more, but she simply stopped responding. Now I'm going to have my surgery at Cema. The two ENT doctors I saw are great, but the service is TERRIBLE.

The clinic is great and has an excellent location (next to the Butantã metro station). The receptionists are very friendly and the doctors are great. I've already seen Dr. Renato (dermatologist) and Dr. Fábio (otolaryngologist) and both were impeccable! They both answered all my questions and were very friendly. They gave me a lot of confidence!
