I arrived feeling insecure on the first day, and in pain. As soon as I was received by Beatriz, everything changed. I was well welcomed, she talked to me a lot, explained all the procedures to me. I was able to relax, ready for physical therapy. I did the exercises without suffering, and each exercise was relieving my pain. The funny thing is that it even improved my self-esteem. Today was my last day of physical therapy. I am grateful to physical therapist Beatriz for excellent work of great quality.
