In 2009, Marco Verlangieri, motivated by Prof. Dr. Moacyr Domingos Novelli, also known as Moa, began his clinical and surgical practice. At that same time, he took on the challenge of creating a center based on GENTLENESS: respecting the anxieties and needs of patients in every procedure that might be necessary. Based on this simple philosophy of respect and understanding of human suffering, Marco Verlangieri guides the care of all patients who seek him at ECOE Clinic - Specialized Orthognathic Surgery Team. He graduated from the School of Dentistry at the University of São Paulo - USP-SP, where he spent 10 years completing his undergraduate degree, specialty, and master's degree (Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Sciences - Oral Pathology area). Additionally, he is Director of SOBRACIBU - Brazilian Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Traumatology. Today he leads ECOE with a team of specialist professionals, capable of providing care while prioritizing quality and respect for the needs of all.

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service provided by the professional Adrieny Ullian Bastos during the teeth whitening procedure at the ECOE clinic. From the beginning, I noticed a complete lack of interest on her part. I still don't know if this is due to the fact that I am using the dental plan or if it is a lack of professionalism. During the consultation, the professional didn't even bother to explain the procedure to me, even knowing that it would be my first time undergoing this type of treatment. In addition, there was no care taken to protect my clothes when applying the tray. To make matters worse, after the procedure, I wasn't even given the minimum assistance to clean my mouth. A few days later, when I returned to pick up the tray and syringes, I was surprised again by the disregard, as the professional did not bother to attend to me personally. The material was left at the reception, without any instructions. I do not recommend her.
