This is already the second time I've scheduled a consultation through Doctoralia and, after a few days, I contact them only to be informed that I need to reschedule for another date. This lack of organization with the schedule demonstrates disrespect for the patient's time. If they cannot meet the available times, the most appropriate would be to work with on-demand service, avoiding inconveniences. Everyone has commitments and responsibilities, not just the doctor. Nobody schedules a consultation by chance or for lack of something to do — there is always a need behind it. I hope that this type of situation is reviewed to avoid further inconveniences.
