I liked the clinic and the service, but I would like to make a suggestion. I thought there were too many people at the clinic, many with the same appointment time, causing crowding in the waiting room which was a bit uncomfortable. I would suggest better organizing the schedule and appointment times! Despite the scheduling issue, there's nothing to complain about the service, everyone was very attentive and explained the procedure very well to me, everything went smoothly!

The clinic's structure and organization left much to be desired. There were many people in the waiting room, and even with a scheduled appointment, the process for being seen is quite confusing and outdated. There should be a ticket system or proper adherence to scheduled appointments, because even arriving at the time I had booked, I still had to wait a long time. Regarding the service from the professionals, I have nothing to complain about - all very kind and professional!
