Dr. Leila's welcoming attitude, the precise and detailed explanation of the procedure (reasons, expected results in relation to the syndrome I needed to treat), plus the alignment of expectations made me feel safe to undergo my surgery. Dr. Arnaldo was also sensational in his post-operative support. I only have praise for both of them and I've already found my ENT specialists for life.
