On 08/05/2026, I had an exam scheduled for 8:00 AM. I arrived at the location at 7:25 AM and took my own ticket (ticket 0023), as there was no staff member at the reception to guide the patients. While waiting, I even helped some men and women who also had questions. I remained at the location waiting until 8:10 AM, but my ticket was not called. Meanwhile, other tickets were served, including patients who arrived after me. Given this situation, I left the location without taking the exam. I thank you in advance for your attention.

2 hours or more delay. Total lack of respect for the patient. And, with the exception of 2 or 3, the service is terrible. Just rudeness. I didn't do the exam because I don't have 2 hours of my day to spend waiting. I hope it's better next time.

I was at the laboratory today to have a mammogram. I was attended by technician Marta who was an angel, educated, friendly, kind, helpful. At the reception I was attended by Elaine, wonderful, kind, she cleared my doubts with great professionalism. Clean, pleasant-smelling place. Everyone deserves praise.

They rescheduled my exam twice without me knowing. The app didn't send notifications. First from 7am to 7:35am. When I arrived at the clinic, I discovered that the doctor was absent and the other one would only see patients at 8am, which prevented me from taking the exam because I had to be at work at 9am. I cancelled and scheduled it at another clinic on another day. I also uninstalled the app.

I am always very well attended to, mainly because I have a phobia of getting an MRI and they always treat me with great attention and care, I just think it should be faster, aside from that, I can only be grateful

I scheduled through Doctoralia (transvaginal ultrasound). When I arrived, the receptionist said the appointment wasn't showing up in their system, but asked for authorization to enter me as a walk-in and they approved it. The reception service was quick, but they charged me their normal rate instead of what was in the appointment/app (R$ 30.00 more). I was warned that since I would be a walk-in, it might take a while. I waited 1 hour and a half to be called. The exam went smoothly. The negative part was the wait time. There were other patients waiting in the same room as me complaining about the delay; they had been there before I arrived.

If the app doesn't work, uninstall it. I scheduled the appointment through the app, but when I arrived it wasn't scheduled. However, the receptionist was able to resolve my problem and was super efficient, a ten out of ten for that receptionist who unfortunately I don't remember the name but is excellent.
