When she's absent, she doesn't notify patients, and we have to be seen by other professionals. I rescheduled again at another location, which would have delayed me by a maximum of 10 minutes due to traffic. I was close to the location, and she couldn't wait even 5 minutes. My appointment was at 4:52 PM, and she could only wait until 4:52 PM, zero tolerance. I missed my appointment and wasted travel time.
