I met Dr. Estela through a recommendation from my Physiotherapist. She is simply incredible! With super humanized care, she manages to make the patient feel heard and welcomed from the very first moment. Something that caught my attention is the respect through her punctuality and attention. As well as her dedication to thoroughly investigating the cause of the problem, not just being satisfied with treating the symptoms. The address on the Doctoralia website was outdated, I missed my appointment because I went to the address of Policlínica São Lucas in Palhoça and according to the location the Dr. no longer works there. Please correct the information so that other people don't go through the same situation. The confirmation message did not contain the correct address and there was no phone number for me to contact as listed on the website. Failure in communication and disclosure.
