Unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The doctor appears to be competent, however the clinic's service is very frustrating. Extremely disorganized, slow and without any care for the patient. My mother had an appointment scheduled and yet we were left waiting without proper guidance. For the consultation fee (R$ 390), I expected much more professionalism, respect and organization. I do not recommend it based on the service experience.

My mother had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM and, even upon arriving, the reception's instruction was simply to "wait downstairs," with no organization, no welcoming atmosphere, and no consideration for the patient. My mother is a wheelchair user! The problem, however, goes far beyond this episode. From the beginning, the service has been slow, disorganized, and with terrible communication. It's very difficult to get feedback, clear information, or any sense of care for someone paying for the service. The consultation costs R$ 390, but the level of service seems completely negligent. It's frustrating to see a consultation charge high prices and deliver such a poor experience. The doctor seems to be very good technically, but the clinic's service completely compromises the patient's trust and experience. I definitely do not recommend it!

Excellent doctor. She has helped me a lot in my weight loss process. Since I started treatment with her, I have already lost more than 10 kg, my blood glucose has improved a lot and today I only use one medication for diabetes. In addition to her technical competence, she is very attentive, careful and transmits security throughout the entire follow-up. I am very grateful for the results I have been achieving.

I scheduled an appointment, which was confirmed in the app after they collected all my data. I traveled across the city for the appointment and, upon arriving at the location, I was informed that my insurance plan was not accepted and that I would have to pay for a private consultation. The most absurd part is that the office didn't even have in-person receptionists. I only found this out by phone, already inside the office itself. A complete lack of respect for the patient.
