This clinic is garbage, absurd. They show a complete disregard for patients who have been going to the clinic for years. I warn everyone to stay away from this clinic. I live abroad, I've been a patient of Dr. Renata for years, I came to São Paulo with little time to have exams and a check-up. I scheduled an appointment, brought my health insurance card, documents... just like the review from another patient posted earlier, right away they asked me to sign a reimbursement for R$ 2,350.00 and even then they refuse to treat me because I don't have an updated proof of residence in Brazil? Even proving that I live abroad, offering to leave a security deposit check, etc. And worse, in the end they refuse to return the signed papers regarding the reimbursement amount. RUN AWAY!
