He said he would handle my case, I asked beforehand knowing the complexity, I paid for a private consultation for him to say it was a complex case and he would need to discuss it with colleagues and get back to me... that's it! He never got back to me.

I loved the consultation with Dr. João. He was polite, attentive, explained to me in detail about the possible causes of my pain and about the treatment. Punctual appointment. I will do the requested exams for the follow-up.

The doctor was efficient, but the consultation was very rushed. He said he didn't need to see my latest test results, didn't ask if I had any other treatment, he himself spoke about everything regarding my medical history and pain, and I just confirmed or denied. Despite this, he examined me properly and gave me a referral for tests.
