45 minutes late to enter the office with no justification for the delay. It is unacceptable a situation like this. CREB needs to inform the patient in advance via WhatsApp about such a long delay.

Actually I just wanted to renew my physical therapy, but he was very attentive and tried to understand my problems. He asked me for exams and prescribed me medication. An extremely competent professional. One of the medications prescribed (injection) considerably relieved my pain.
