The platform says they accept sulamerica and then the receptionist asks for the insurance card to see if they accept it. To see if there is 'coverage'. But that doesn't exist. Either they accept the insurance or they don't. And then she said there would be a discount on private payment, saying the consultation is xxx reais and on the platform it shows a cheaper price. Please remove them from the platform since they don't accept insurance and only do private payments!
