I am a physician graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with a specialization in Psychiatry and an approach grounded in Integrative Functional Medicine, as well as studies in Hormonology and its correlation with mental health. I have been working in private practice for over 20 years, currently offering in-person appointments in Florianópolis and Garopaba, as well as telemedicine consultations. My clinical practice is focused on comprehensive mental health care, taking into account the interaction between body, mind, and lifestyle. I use approaches that integrate hormonal adjustments, nutrition applied to psychiatry, the use of CBD and herbal medicines, in addition to the traditional use of psychotropic medications. When necessary, I carry out injectable protocols with macro and micronutrients via intravenous or intramuscular routes, aiming to restore physical and emotional balance. Drawing on the principles of Integrative Functional Medicine, I seek to understand each patient as a whole: evaluating the gut–brain axis, the impact of hormonal dysfunctions, and the role of lifestyle habits in the origin of emotional symptoms. My purpose is to help each person rediscover their mental balance and vitality through individualized, humanized, and science-based care.
ABOUT CONSULTATIONS: The Florianópolis office is equipped with an InBody bioimpedance analyzer. To receive information on how to use this service, please contact my secretary, Vanessa, via WhatsApp, so that she can provide you with the appropriate instructions to have it performed on the day of your appointment. Body composition assessment is carried out whenever necessary, as we recognize the relevance of weight loss or weight management to mental well-being. We also offer the following services: Injectable room: for the administration of macro and micronutrients, anti-inflammatory protocols, mitochondrial activation protocols, and energy and vitality enhancement via intravenous and intramuscular routes, when there is a clinical indication for these procedures. Room for the placement of hormonal and metabolic implants. We have a nursing assistant available to carry out injectable protocols. After the first consultation, we offer monthly follow-up plans at discounted rates with the option of installment payments by credit card.
